Randy Wilcox Owner/Founder Randy Wilcox is a graduate of Marshall University with a concentration in business and psychology. He then moved on to work in sales with the Xerox Corporation until founding the information technology firm SARCOM in 1983. SARCOM began with four employees, and by 1999 had grown to a $1 billion business. In the past, Mr. Wilcox has been awarded the Columbus and Ohio Small Business Person of the Year. Mr. Wilcox is a member of the World Presidents Organization, as well as a former board member for the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. When not working, Mr. Wilcox enjoys playing golf, traveling, and skiing. |

Wendy Nicodemus General Manager Wendy Nicodemus began her hospitality career in the hotel industry over 15 years ago. Wendy sits on the board of Meeting Professionals International – Ohio Chapter as President Elect for her upcoming term as President of the Chapter in 2010. Wendy has served on a number of committees with the Society of Government Meeting Professionals, Meeting Professionals International, and the board of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International. Over the years, Wendy has received awards such as SGMP Supplier of the year, MPI Supplier of the year, Hilton Manager of the year, and Embassy Suites Group Sales Manager of the year. In 2004 Wendy received her Certified Meeting Professional Designation through the Convention Industry Council, and has recently recertified through 2014. In 2008 Wendy traveled to Vancouver, British Columbia for the CMP Conclave to participate in the development of new CMP Exam questions. Wendy has also been the driving force behind the CMP Study Group and Boot camp, where she educates other industry professionals working toward receiving their designation. In her off time, Wendy volunteers at Mount Carmel Hospice and enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her three girls. |

Leslie Nannen Account Manager Leslie Nannen is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a dual BBA in Marketing and Computer Science. Leslie has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, holding General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing positions at various hotels around the country. Recently, Leslie received her Certified Meeting Professional designation through the Convention Industry Council. In her spare time Leslie volunteers for various organizations including the annual “Race for the Cure”. She also enjoys swimming, walking her dogs, and spending time with her family. |

Kevin Bryant Operations Manager Kevin Bryant began his career in the Navy for six years as an electronic technician. For the past several years Kevin has been involved with the operational side of Quest. Kevin first came to Quest as the Assistant Operations Manager; he then moved on as the Audio Visual & I.T. Manager and now acts as the Operations Manager. Most recently, Kevin played an important role in the move to recycle here at Quest. During his free time Kevin enjoys motorcycle riding and attending his daughter’s dance and art events. |

Alec Windle Executive Assistant Alec Windle is a student at The Ohio State University majoring in Hospitality Management. Alec came to Quest from the independent publication U Weekly with a background in music/entertainment journalism and professional writing. Alec began his hospitality career at the Fawcett Center at Ohio State as the Student Affairs Facility Service Desk Attendant before joining the Quest team in 2007. Alec is now a member of the Columbus Chapter of the International Special Events Society where he writes the content for the quarterly newsletter. Alec’s work has also been featured in the Ohio Chapter of Meeting Professional International’s Define newsletter, as well as the nationally syndicated Special Event Magazine. In his spare time Alec enjoys concerts, stand up comedy, movies, and his dogs. |

Aaron Snyder Assistant Operations Manager Aaron Snyder came to the Quest team in 2006 from the radio industry. He picked up the mantle of Assistant Operations Manager shortly after arriving at Quest and has held the position ever since. He is responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly in the afternoon as well as preparing the facility for the next day’s business.
In his spare time Aaron is an active pilot, and the owner of an aerial photography company. He also maintains his radio roots by working with other radio personalities developing a web based show as well as performing voice work for local and national production companies. |

Jeremy Vaughn Customer Service Representative Jeremy Vaughn came to Quest following a 13 year career in the restaurant industry. Beginning in the back of the house as a youngster, Jeremy worked his way up to serving at four star establishments such as Ruth Chris, and Martini’s. Jeremy is originally from Greensborough, North Carolina and is a graduate of Hershey High in Hershey Pennsylvania. Jeremy brings his sense of exuberance and customer service expertise to our team. In his spare time Jeremy is a car and motorcycle enthusiast, and also enjoys playing golf, and weight lifting. |

Tyronn Saunders Customer Service Representative Tyronn Saunders joined Team Quest three years ago as part of the night set up crew, and soon after made the transition to the day shift. Originally from Columbus, Tyronn is a graduate of Brookhaven High School, and a student at Devry University majoring in Business Administration. Tyronn’s customer service skills are a great addition to our team. When not working, Tyronn enjoys watching sports and listening to music. |

Erin Thomas Event Coordinator A native of Hawaii, Erin Thomas has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working at various hotels in Hawaii, California, and Ohio. Erin has held a number of positions in the industry, most notably the Director of Sales of AmeriSuites in Columbus before joining the Quest team 5 years ago. Erin is an active member of the Ohio Society of Association Executives, and volunteers her time with the Salvation Army. In her spare time Erin enjoys movies, concerts, and attending community festivals and events. |

Tracy Zglinicki Event Coordinator After taking some time off to raise her family, Tracy Zglinicki came to Quest in December of 2006. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Tracy graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her most notable career accomplishment was being the recipient of the Manager of the Year Award from the Buffalo/Niagara Marriott in 1996. Tracy’s philosophy focuses on attention to detail and the overall customer experience. When she is not at Quest, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family; going to the theater; and traveling. She has also become a wine enthusiast. |

Josie Watt Front Desk Attendant Josie Watt was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and a graduate of Bishop Watterson High School in Clintonville. Josie went on to become owner and operator of the Columbus Plumbing Company for a number of years. Following retirement Josie decided to get back in the work force and joined the Quest team in 2005. Josie has superb customer service skills, and is an exceptionally personable individual. Josie is the mother of four children and 10 grandchildren. In her spare time Josie enjoys riding her Harley, traveling, dancing, cooking, and snow skiing. |

Beth Anderson Front Desk Attendant A former resident of Wheeling, West Virginia and Bellaire, Ohio, Beth Anderson recently relocated to Columbus and joined the Quest team as one of our front desk attendants. Beth worked as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of the Wheeling Hospital for 5 years. In her spare time Beth enjoys watching sports, biking, walking and spending time with her four grandchildren. |

Susan Overby Accounting/HR Manager Susan Overby is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to relocating to Ohio in 2005, Susan spent 15 years as a Kentucky resident. Susan attended Paducah Community College in Kentucky as well as Georgia State University, where she studied accounting. Susan has held various positions in the accounting field during her 25 year career in the industry. Susan has been a fantastic addition to team Quest, who has brought her great sense of leadership and southern hospitality to our company. In her spare time Susan enjoys shopping, gardening, traveling, reading, and entertaining Family and Friends. |
