Stephen and Jennifer Walters created Chief Cooker: a coffee roasting company headquartered in Lancaster, Ohio in 2001. Stephen Walters is a Master Roaster and Certified Taster and has 17 years experience roasting specialty coffee, where Jennifer Walters specializes in sales and training for the business.

Quest new flavor; Seattle Roast: Blend and roasted in the bold tradition of the northwest coast. This dark roasted coffee has rich flavors of bittersweet chocolate and cocoa with a smooth finish.

Products from Chief Cooker are provided to Quest by Regal Beverage Concepts out of Gahanna, OH. Regal Beverage has provided Quest with top of the line non-electrical/energy free brew pots for our use, which is a fantastic green incentive. Quest is happy to be working with Regal.
