Quest Business and Conference Center is pleased to announce the launch of our new and improved interactive website. Along with our partnered web designer Solutions by Web, our staff here has put together a site that not only gives information on our facility, but also supplies our customers with services to increase group productivity that are rarely featured on competitors sites.
The home page of the site features a live blog feed, which is updated often with the most recent news from Quest, including staff member accomplishments, featured artists, new menu selections, as well as the most recent news in the hospitality industry. This is a fantastic way to keep a close connection with our clients. Be sure to check back periodically for the most recent posts, or subscribe to our RSS feed for in time notifications.
Other new features on the site consist of Quest’s expansion into the social networking world. The home page features a live twitter update to keep you in the know on day to day activities here at Quest. A Youtube.com feed with client testimonial interviews also dawn the front page to give viewers a first hand opinion of the services that our clients receive here at Quest. A flickr feed with posted meeting room and special event photos are present to give clients and idea of the versatility of the space. Facebook/linked in have also been integrated as apart of our site, as Quest continues to broaden our spectrum to the social networking world.
Quite a few new services can be found on the site, including the ability to pre-order “express” meals, which is a service that Quest provides for groups that are not able to purchase food for their attendees. Each group is given an event ID to log-in to the Quest system, under services/”Register for Lunch”. Once the event ID is inserted in the appropriate field, attendees will be able to choose their meal options from a dropdown menu. Orders are available through a few local restaurants. Upon receiving their meal; a receipt will be given to the attendee.
The request a quote section has been completely revamped to me much more user friendly for our clients. The form is much more intricate; including more information to better equip our staff to produce a more extensive quote for your event. The form also has the ability to attach a premade RFP
The virtual tour sector of the site is a fantastic addition. Viewers have the ability to take a 360 degree tour of each part of Quest newly re-designed facility with the click of a mouse. Check out our revamped atrium area as well as our new lobby area furniture and displays.
Another innovative addition is the inclusion of local gas prices. Because many attendees drive to the Quest facility it is always a big help to be informed where the best place to purchase gas is. By using the googlemaps.com viewers are able to quick reference particular gas prices around the facility for the cheapest fill up. Googlemaps.com has also been used to show the attractions as well, giving another reference to near by restaurant options. Viewers are able to print off directions from Quest to each attraction.
The room profile sector has also been changed a great deal to give clients a better view of what each room can accommodate. The audio visual equipment listing is also more extensive, giving clients an idea of Quest’s onsite inventory, although select outside orders can be made.
Overall the addition of the new website is a giant leap forward for Quest as our company strives to stay innovative and ahead of the pack in our industry.
