Savory and Scrumptions Meats Carved to Order by a Uniformed Attendant with Your Choice of the Following:

 Pasta Station
Prepared to order by a uniformed attendant. This selection includes cheese filled Tortellini and Penne Pasta with Select Sauces. Freshly ground parmesan cheese and cracked black peppercorn are also available at this station.
*Base Price $185.00 Plus $10.95 Per Person

Stir Fry Station
Prepared to order by a uniformed attendant. This selection includes your choice of Chicken, Beef or Pork and is served with fresh vegetables and steamed rice in our homemade Asian sauce.
*Base Price $185.00 Plus $11.95 Per Person

Dessert Station
Fresh Baked Cookies, Cream, Assortment of Mini Cheesecakes, Mini Bars Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, and Chocolate Cake.
$10.95 Per Person

 *Base price includes heat lamp station setup and 4 hours of chef service.

 

Alcohol Policy :

  • The caterer will place and handle client’s order for beer and wine through a licensed vendor.
  • All bars will be serviced as an open bar. We do not allow cash bars.
  • Client pays state minimum prices for all beer and wine. A 10% discount will be given on wine purchased by the case.
  • Prices quoted are estimates as state prices can fluctuate. A final total will be given to the client prior to the event. Generally prices will not vary by more than 10%.
  • The client will provide a credit card number (including security code) or company check for the full amount of the alcohol order at least 3 days before the event.
Any beer or wine left over is the property of the client.

Client will hold harmless and indemnify Quest Conference Centers and the Polaris Grill with respect to any claims arising from the service of alcohol.
