Randy Wilcox and his wife, Sara founded SARCOM; a computer software hardware and distribution company. One of its divisions was technology training which was the predecessor of Quest Conference Center. The distribution company was sold years ago but the Conference Center continues to provide a widely needed service for Central Ohio.
Partner and General Manager
George Babyak has ten years of experience in the conference, catering and hospitality industry. His previous experience was in the owning and operating of business to business distribution and logistics companies in the automation and technology fields.
Kimberly Flynn joined Quest Conference Center in 2012. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Human Resource Management. Throughout her 20+ year career, Kim has taken on various positions including hotel sales, meeting planning and staff management. When asked what she enjoys most about her career, Kim says it’s working one on one with clients to ensure a successful event.
Tracy Zglinicki rejoined Quest Conference Center in 2014. She began as an Event Coordinator at Quest from 2006-2011. She is a graduate with a B.S. in Social Sciences from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Tracy has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry working in various roles in the operations and sales and catering departments. In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and friends; traveling and dining out. Tracy is thrilled to be back at Quest.
Jamie Clark joined Quest Conference Center in 2012. Jamie has always worked in the hospitality industry and has over 20 years of experience working in various management roles in both front and back of the house. Jamie and her husband own and manage a gym in Pataskala where they live. In her spare time Jamie enjoys gardening, home improvement projects and spending time with her family.
Assistant Operations Manager
Aaron Snyder came to the Quest team in 2006 from the radio industry. He picked up the mantle of Assistant Operations Manager shortly after arriving at Quest and has held the position ever since. He is responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly in the afternoon as well as preparing the facility for the next day’s business. In his spare time Aaron is an active pilot, and the owner of an aerial photography company. He also maintains his radio roots by working with other radio personalities developing a web based show as well as performing voice work for local and national production companies.
Ashleigh Windnagel has held various positions in the hospitality industry for 15 years. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Ashleigh holds a degree in Hospitality Management, as well as minors in Music, Psychology, and Business. She also holds a Certified Meeting Professional designation through the Convention Industry Council. In her spare time Ashleigh enjoys reading, camping, playing her bassoon, and going to concerts. She also has a home-based bakery and spends her weekends slinging sweet treats at Farmer’s Markets in the Mansfield area.
Originally from Toronto, Ontario Canada, Cammie Robinson came to Quest with 7 years of diverse hospitality experience as a Conference Center Concierge, Sales Representative, and Sales & Planning Coordinator. Cammie is also a Past President of the Delaware County Convention and Visitors Bureau. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughters, drawing, movies and listening to music.
IT Manager/Building Manager
Kevin Bryant began his career in the Navy for six years as an electronic technician. For the past several years Kevin has been involved with the operational side of Quest. Kevin first came to Quest as the Assistant Operations Manager; he then moved on as the Audio Visual & I.T. Manager. Most recently, Kevin played an important role in the move to recycle here at Quest. During his free time Kevin enjoys motorcycle riding.
Customer Service Representative/Inventory
Tironn Saunders joined Quest nine years ago as part of the night set up crew, and soon after made the transition to the day shift. Originally from Columbus, Tironn is a graduate of Brookhaven High School, and a studied at Devry University with a focus in Business Administration. Tironn’s customer service skills are a great addition to our team. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, riding bikes and watching sports.
Susan Overby is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to relocating to Ohio in 2005, Susan spent 15 years as a Kentucky resident. She attended Paducah Community College in Kentucky as well as Georgia State University, where she studied accounting. Susan has held various positions in the accounting field during her 20+ year career in the industry. She has been a fantastic addition to team Quest, and has brought her great sense of leadership and southern hospitality to our company. In her spare time Susan enjoys gardening, traveling, reading, and entertaining Family and Friends.
Front Desk Receptionist
Josie was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and a graduate of Bishop Watterson High School in Clintonville. Josie went on to become owner and operator of the Columbus Plumbing Company for a number of years. Following retirement Josie decided to get back in the work force and joined the Quest team in 2005. Josie has superb customer service skills, and is an exceptionally personable individual. Josie is the mother of four children and 10 grandchildren. In her spare time Josie enjoys traveling, dancing, cooking, fishing, boating and attending grandchildren’s activities.
Front Desk Receptionist
Laura was born and raised in Canal Winchester, Ohio and is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She worked at Middleton Printing Company in Columbus, Ohio for 35 years. Following retirement, Laura decided to continue in the work force and joined the Quest team in May of 2015. Laura comes from a large family of 3 brothers and sister-in-laws, 5 nieces and nephews and 5 grandnieces and nephews. In her spare time, she is an avid reader, enjoys walking, traveling, and spending time with family.
