Raymond Harris

General Manager

Raymond Harris joined the Quest Conference Center team in 2016. He has over 25+ years of experience in the Hospitality Industry in previous Director and Management level positions with Global Hyatt, Marriott International and Hilton Hotels. Raymond is a dual alumnus of The Ohio State University and Franklin University with a BS in Electronic Engineering. He has also worked in various capacities in the computer automated design and metal fabricating/woodworking industry.

Kimberly Flynn
Account Manager

Kimberly Flynn joined Quest Conference Center in 2012. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Human Resource Management. Throughout her 20+ year career, Kim has taken on various positions including hotel sales, meeting planning and staff management. When asked what she enjoys most about her career, Kim says it’s working one-on-one with clients to ensure a successful event.  Kim enjoys  socializing with family and friends, gardening and loves the occasional horror movie.

Tracy Zglinicki
Account Manager

Tracy Zglinicki rejoined Quest Conference Center in 2014. She began as an Event Coordinator at Quest from 2006-2011. She is a graduate with a B.S. in Social Sciences from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Tracy has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry working in various roles in the operations and sales and catering departments. In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and friends: traveling and dining out. Tracy is thrilled to be back at Quest.

Aaron Snyder
Assistant Operations Manager

Aaron Snyder came to the Quest team in 2006 from the radio industry. He picked up the mantle of Assistant Operations Manager shortly after arriving at Quest and has held the position ever since. He is responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly in the afternoon as well as preparing the facility for the next day’s business. In his spare time Aaron is an active pilot, and the owner of an aerial photography company. He also maintains his radio roots by working with other radio personalities developing a web-based show as well as performing voice work for local and national production companies.

Susan Overby
Accounting/HR Manager

Susan Overby is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to relocating to Ohio in 2005, Susan spent 15 years as a Kentucky resident. She attended Paducah Community College in Kentucky as well as Georgia State University, where she studied accounting. Susan has held various positions in the accounting field during her 20+ year career in the industry. She has been a fantastic addition to team Quest, and has brought her great sense of leadership and southern hospitality to our company. In her spare time Susan enjoys gardening, traveling, reading, and entertaining family and friends.

Laura Firestone
Front Desk Receptionist

Laura was born and raised in Canal Winchester, Ohio and is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She worked at Middleton Printing Company in Columbus, Ohio for 35 years. Following retirement, Laura decided to continue in the work force and joined the Quest team in May of 2015. Laura comes from a large family of 3 brothers and sisters-in-law, 5 nieces and nephews and 5 grandnieces and nephews. In her spare time, she is an avid reader, enjoys walking, traveling, and spending time with family.

Sherrie Hopkins
Front Desk Receptionist

Following retirement and relocating to Columbus from Florida, Sherrie joined Quest in August 2022.  She was born in Charleston, WV, where she attended Morris Harvey College.  She and her family moved many times from Charleston and lived in several different states due to her dad’s unique business.  As a result, she attended several educational institutions from diverse interests to receive her diploma and certificate in real estate and cosmetology.  During the time of her marriage, she continued to manage her dad’s business, which ultimately expanded into international clientele and travel.  Sherrie achieved entrepreneurships during motherhood years, which included co-owner and manager of an art & decor shop.  She also owned and operated a children’s daycare center, which culminated into her award-winning authorship of a Christian pre-teen interactive storybook.  Before her retirement, she was the gatekeeper during a ten-year tenure for three WV gubernatorial administrations.  As part-time receptionist at Quest, she loves getting to know new and interesting people and finds working with other staff members very pleasant.  her major interests are family gatherings, crafting, sewing, gardening and discussions about her faith.  She boasts three daughters and nine grandchildren.
